Booking Terms & Conditions

1. A non-refundable deposit of €200 is payable at the time of booking.
2. Final payment for accommodation is payable six weeks prior to arrival for your holiday.
3. Electricity & Heating is not included in the price as it is metered per use.
4. Bed Linen and Towels are included in the rate.
5. Cot and High chair are supplied free of charge for babies.
6. Arrival time is from 4pm onwards and departure time is by 10.30am.
7. We regret that smoking is not allowed inside the holiday home.
8. Occupancy per house higher than number of beds by prior arrangement only.
9. The management may terminate occupancy if terms and conditions are not complied with.
10. The proprietors, management and employees of DreamHome By The Sea shall not be liable nor will accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage sustained by any person or persons whether arising under the express or implied terms of any rental agreement, or at Common Law (including any negligence of the proprietors their servants or agents) or in any other way whatsoever. The exclusion of the implied terms contained in Section 39 Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 is subject to the provisions of Section 40 of the said Act.
11. In the event of breach of contract on the part of the proprietors of DreamHome ByThe Sea Self Catering Holiday Cottage howsoever arising any loss and/or damage including consequential loss sustained by the renter shall be limited to the sum paid by the renter to the proprietors of DreamHome ByThe Sea.
12. No pets allowed.
